Crosskour is the combined teachings of Cross Training for increased strength and functionality, with Parkour. The perfect combination of physical conditioning and the art of movement, Crosskour is designed to make participants stronger, faster, and more in touch with their movements.

WHAT IS FREERUNNING?

Freerunning is an additional way of creatively expressing one’s self through the basis of Parkour in addition with acrobatics skills. Flips, twist, and many other skills allow participants to combine their style with Parkour to make this art of motion their own.

WHAT IS PARKOUR?

“You, Your friends, Your world”

Parkour is an art, a lifestyle, and a meditation. It is everything and anything you want it to be. With roots in French obstacle course training, Parkour is a holistic discipline teaching practitioners how to overcome obstacles in the most efficient way. Participants, or “Traceurs”, learn how to become one with their surroundings, discovering a path that does not exist yet was always there, hidden and obvious, waiting for someone to experience it. To Jump over, to roll under or climb through, these paths are available for everyone… everywhere.

BENEFITS

Tracuers improve their agility and strength as they overcome new and challenging obstacles. Confidence is gained through repetition and dedication when discovering new paths. Problem solving is a key skill which is exercised to evaluate a potential course. Tracing their new path, practitioners improve their agility, strength and focus while pushing their body to new and exciting limits.

IS IT SAFE?

As with any active and physical discipline there is always a risk of injury. At Crosskour we aim to lower or remove that risk with progression teachings and a knowledgeable staff. We truly believe you have to learn all ways to crawl before you can run, as well as learning the importance of a roll before you flip.

QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS

All instructors are trained and certified by Crosskour. In addition to providing hands on training, instructors also continue their education with local and international courses to maintain a current understanding of movement.

MOVEMENT LAB is your playground for all things that make you move. Custom made obstacles allow for strength, endurance and skill training all under the same roof. With indoor and outdoor spaces you are sure to reach your goals!
