Parkour is at the heart of our training. With the fundamentals of strength, balance, speed and agility, you are sure to find the quickest way from point A to B. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete, our quick progression system makes sure you can advance at a comfortable pace with plenty of support from our friends and team members.
Boys and Girls age 6 – 18 yrs. old get the chance to perfect their skills through progressions with levels 1, 2, and 3. Starting with the basics of rolling and landing to an introduction to flips, this is sure to be a great start for anyone interested Parkour. A great all around exercise, the DUDES class is a great way to have fun while learning new ways to overcome obstacles.
1-Hour Class
Exciting group and private training programs. Members get to work up a sweat with a combination of circuit and cross training routines to strengthen core muscles, lose fat, and improve flexibility. As each member works towards their fitness results while having fun, they also get the chance to experience parkour and obstacle training to help discover that their personal goals can be accomplished quicker and more effectively without the use of machines and treadmills.
1-Hour Class
Tricking is the art of flips, twist and more. Adding elements of tricking to a traceurs line is the best way to share your own personal style and make each run your own.
The perfect class for those interested in flips, twist, and more. Tricking is a great way to add style to anyone’s parkour experience. For boys and girls age 12-18yrs.

Check out the only place in Mexico officially certified to sell and teach Crossboard. Truly a one of a kind class designed to help master your skills on a board with the use of our in-ground trampoline and foam pit.
A one of a kind class for the extreme sport lover in all of us. Learn how to flip and twist with a board safely, then take your new skills to the snow, water and street. For boys and girls age 12 and up.
1-Hour class
Your gym, Your space, Endless possibilities. Feel free to take advantage of our entire gym to work on skills learned or to just hang out and play with friends.
Open Gym is everyone´s time to practice skills learned in class and have fun with other friends for 2 hours. Boys and girls age 8+ have free reign over their open gym experience, as instructors patrol the gym for safety.
